This Fast Rack Mounting Kit makes it quick and easy to install a 4 Panel Array!
The Fast-Rack Rail System was designed to speed the installation of residential PV arrays on sloped roofs with a minimum number of roof penetrations. Also great for attaching solar panels onto ground racks. The rails now ship in 7′ lengths with splicing kits, longer rails are by request and incur additional shipping fees. This is a Canadian made product!

• STRONGER RAILS – With up to 48” span between roof connections, Fast-Rack installs with fewer penetrations and less time.
• INTEGRATED GROUNDING – Using patented grounding solutions, the rails bond the panel to the system ground, eliminating panel ground lugs and wires.
• EASY RAIL LEVELING – With rail height adjustment of 2”, Fast-Racks are easy to level on a not so flat roof. Great looking solar systems with less labour.
• SELF-SEALING ROOF BOLTS – EJOT Anchor Bolts, capable of up to 5” of roof penetration, secure the Fast-Rack rails to roof trusses. Integrated gasket seals anchors without caulking for faster, cleaner installation.

All other hardware needed (nuts, bolts, washers, etc,) is included for mounting 4 panels.
Applies for either Sloped Roof Mounting or Ground Mounting on a DIY Ground Mount Structure. A DIY Ground Mount Structure can be built using several designs.
Designs can be found on the internet by typing “ground mount solar panels” into google.
Please keep in mind that a structure design needs to be able to withstand wind/weight loads of minimum 1000 lbs per panel. Better over designed then under designed.
